State Senator John A. Kissel, the Chief Deputy Senate Republican Leader, is currently serving his 15th term representing Connecticut’s 7th Senatorial District, which includes East Granby, Enfield, Somers, Suffield, Windsor Locks, parts of Granby and Windsor, and part of Ellington which will become part of the district in January.
